Add OffHand Quick Move

Items like totems, shields, and fireworks could automatically move to the off-hand when using quick move, making it much easier to equip them. If the off-hand is already occupied, the item could go directly to the hotbar or inventory instead. This would save time and make managing off-hand items more convenient, especially during combat or fast-paced situations.

In Minecraft Bedrock, items like shields and totems can easily move to the off-hand. this mod could adapt this system, letting items to the off-hand or go to the hotbar/inventory if it's occupied, just like bedrock
