[Bug] Out Of Focus doesn't let the camera to be controlled

Current Behaviour

When I activate the input registration for out of fucus windows the camera doesn't work unless I'm focusing the page

Expected Behaviour

I should be able to turn the camera

1. Go on global settings and activate out of focus input
2. Try to move the camera when it's out of focus
