[Enhancement] Vibrate on Block Break

Me again, I think it would be nice to have a separate vibration activation for when you finish mining a block. Not sure how to describe this, but I believe it would feel more immersive if you could set that to a stronger vibration because of the punchy sound that plays when a block breaks.
