broot just.. doesn't work?

window flashes after running the command, and thats it. using the stock config, yes both broot and br are in my $PATH

Having the same problem, and had some difficulties troubleshooting until I randomly discovered that fm-nvim also handles broot.

This plugin works really well for broot though: https://github.com/lstwn/broot.vim
