When restarting audio service Volume2 freezes

Describe the bug If i restart my audio service with windows or VAC, volume2 just freezes and needs to be restarted to function again.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Windows version: 10 (22H2, OS BUILD: 19045.2846)
• Volume² version: 1.1.7.449

Additional context The reasoning for restarting audio services is when using virtual audio devices or voicemeeter the audio devices audio can get out of sync or make them have distortion, which is only fixed by restarting the audio services, and Volume2 doesn't seem to have a way to "reload" if the audio services get restarted and Volume2 doesn't get restarted aswell.
