Change volume rotating mouse wheel over Taskbar in Multiple monitors

I have used Volume2 byr rotating mouse wheel over taskbar to change the volume. I work with 3 monitors and when the application starts it works well in taskbar from any monitor. But always after sometime, somehow it doesnt work on my largest monitor. Then I have to close the application and start again.
