Control the Screen Brightness with Mouse Wheel Scroll on (Left) Screen Edge

Hi,

I am using an MX Player on Android phone, and like some other players, it has a volume control (right edge slide), and brightness control (left edge slide). It would be great to be able to control volume by mouse wheel scroll (on right - or choose) edge, and to control the screen brightness with mouse wheel scroll (on left - or choose) screen edge...
