Monitor-Specific OSD Settings

Open Deagan opened this issue 3 years ago • 1 comments

Describe the solution you'd like Monitor-specific OSD settings that save an identifier for each monitor and displays the OSD at specific coordinates for each. At the moment, it seems that Volume2 allows you to change OSD settings per display, but doesn't save these settings based on the actual display being used.

Example: When I connect my iPad to my PC, I use it as my only display. Volume2 will use the previously connected "Primary Display" settings from my large monitor on my iPad screen, so the coordinates don't line up. This request would identify the iPad as the active display, and show the OSD based on the coordinates defined for the iPad, instead of using the coordinates from the other display.

Yeah, this part should be redesigned. It works in current version, so you can store settings for each display. Short instruction: Select DISPLAY1, set position and size then select DISPLAY2 and do the same for it, then select Active monitor and press Apply.
