Taskbar scroll change volume feature stops working

This happens way way more often in 1.1.7.432 than in previous build... mostly after waking up from sleep mode in Windows 10 but not only that. Actually waking up is almost a guaranteed breaker. Volume2 has to be quit and relaunched in order to make it work again.

Reproducible on two completely different hardwares.
