MIDI and OSC output integration

The ability to send MIDI and OSC messages would be VERY welcome, specially since it is an app bound to be used by people that care a lot about audio, like producers, podcasters, etc.

This way one could control other softwares volume at the same time as windows volume, or Volume2 shortcuts.

Very, very powerful and a gamechanger for many.

The implementation would be rather simple, just a setting where you can choose what shortcut sends what and if you would like it to also control windows volume. I.E.: Windows key + Mousewheel sends MIDI CC70 using port (whatever virtual port you create). Same can be done with OSC.
