you could make an MCP tool that lets the end user set an org, and write it to state using these APIs exposed by `McpAgent`: https://developers.cloudflare.com/agents/model-context-protocol/mcp-agent-api/#state-synchronization-apis
You could have tools do something like: 1. if org not provided, return a text response that returns list of sentry orgs and asks user what org they should use...
