New bios, wrong voltage

Update bios with AGESA 1.2.0.3d and ZenTimings show wrong voltage.

The error message seems to appear because after ZenTimings exit it saves settings file <AgesaVersion> element string with invalid unicode character & # x 0 ; for example: <AgesaVersion>AGESA!V9�ComboAm5PI 1.x.x.x</AgesaVersion>.
