Stuck on 0fps, loading terrain on Forge 1.19.2 rubidium and occulus

rubidium and occulus are forge versions for forge. im also using distant horizons mod EDIT: I tried again without rubidium, occulus or distant horizons mod and it still doesnt work, works slightly better but still 0 fps and its technically 0.5 fps cuz i get a frame about once every 20 secs
