Write a shell wrapper for linux/win to accept multiple IPs from text

A simple shell file that can accept list of IPs from a text file and pass it to the app to create a nice output. The wrapper should mirror the options (other than the text file) to the main jar file too.

shell wrapper for Linux is created: "multi_targets.sh" needs python as well.
