stopped working in burp v2.1.04

Since burp has added a new right click menu for repeater tabs in v2.1.04, this extension has stopped working.

Any changes to this extension to work with the latest version can make it incompatible with the previous versions

Hmm, this might be an awkward one to work around. Not sure what the best approach to this would be atm.
