[FEATURE REQUEST] limit number of transactions in dialogs

Hello,

would be nice and often very much needed to limit the number of transactions that are kept in dialogs

I'm thinking especially at REGISTER and SUBSCRIBE(NOTIFY) dialogs, that with short expiration times can quickly grows to a point that makes sngrep crawl or crash
