Support reboot terminal via SIP NOTIFY command

Lots of phones support a reboot when receiving a special sip notify command, like those ones: sip notify reboot-snom sip notify reboot-yealink sip notify spa-reboot sip notify polycom-reboot Should be nice to add something maybe linked to the provisionning template to be able to reboot terminal remotely.

That would be nice :)

Those NOTIFY requests need that Asterisk has the corresponding event defined in pjsip_notify.conf and should be added as an asynchronous task that chooses one AS to generate them when it is triggered from the web.

We add it to the roadmap, thanks for the request.
