portals: company phonebook

This issue aims to add 2 sections:

• One in company portal: a list where the company admin can add phone numbers (name, surname, phone number).

• One in user portal: the same list above is listed and each user can add numbers too (accesible for all the company).

This way:

• There is a shared phonebook for all the company.

• Inbound calls from numbers included in the phonebook will be identified with the name-surname in de DisplayName.

• Custom XML to feed specific terminals could be implemented in external modules (not included in IvozProvider).

It would be great to see this feature implemented - it's the only thing we've had to handle outside of ivozprovider when migrating customers from other solutions!
