CPU usage 200%

Hi!

Not sure if this is a bug, or something wrong in the setup.

But for whatever reason I'm getting cpu usage % around 150-200%. Pi is being utilazed heavily, but from like htop cpu usage seems to around 80-90%. Any ideas? image
