Support for OpenAPI Docs for REST API

I want to add the ability to expose Swagger API Docs and JSON via REST endpoints in UD. This would allow a couple things:

• Neat web UI docs
• Exposing OpenAPI JSON
• Auto-generated clients via PSSwagger and other OpenAPI libraries
