RPM package

I needed an RPM package for snapraid since my server is running under Fedora (yeah... Don't ask :sweat_smile:)

This was my first time trying to generate an RPM package, so there was a lot of trial and error and my solution is probably not the best, but it should not have any impact on the default debian build since the build script only adds an additionnal and optional argument to specify the package type.
