How to connect to gtalk on company url

How do I configure vim chat to connect to my [email protected] gtalks.

I want to vimchat use gtalk protocol even if it doesn't end with @gmail.com

I don't believe this is possible anymore since google has phased out XMPP/jabber from gtalk and have moved to the google hangouts thing.

I though there's was an alias account. I thought you could translate [email protected] to [email protected] or something.......
