Document that explains the role of the load balancer in iron(fx)

The load balancer occupies a special role in the iron(fx) ecosystem. Users from other environments like meso, docker swarm, nomad, kubernetes, etc might expect to find a scheduler somewhere in the mix. After all, what launches the docker containers?

Would be great to have a document that describes in detail what the load balancer is doing and more generally, what the lifecycle of a iron(fx) container looks like.

Lifecycle diagram would be a good idea.
