Fails with "ERROR: siftgpu failed the detection test!!"

All is well up to this point, then this error.

MacBookPro 2.7GHz Intel Core i7 (early 2011 model), Intel HD Graphics 3000 512 MB graphics , with 8GB RAM, running Lion 10.7.4

As reported here OSX 10.7: ERROR: siftgpu failed the detection test!! It's a bug in SiftGPU code when executing with non-nVidia cards. The original author is preparing a patch. If no patch is released soon, I will patch the code with the scripts inside vsfm-osx.
