Write SHORT_BINUNICODE intsead of BINUNICODE when applicable

First of all, thanks for this! this library is very helpful. I wanted to have an identical .pickle file to the input one for validation purposes, and adding SHORT_BINUNICODE helped ensure strings did not increase the .pickle file length unnecessary.
