Correct checkAccessUsingCookieMethod when ZAP bug is fixed

ZAP bug: https://github.com/zaproxy/zaproxy/issues/3673 means that we can't enable followRedirects for sendHarRequest.

Note, the ZAP issue has been corrected and the fix should be in the latest weekly releases as well as future stable releases.
