Build and release a gem to ease the installation and updates

As of now, people have to clone this repo in order to install the app (which isn't that hard) but what about updates?

Having an elman gem on rubygems.org would make it super easy for people with a simple gem install elman and even easier update gem update elman.

BTW the elman name is available on rubygems.org.
