Hi, if issue still persists, have you reviewed the default templates [AllergyIntolerance.hbs](https://github.com/microsoft/FHIR-Converter/blob/handlebars/src/templates/cda/Resources/AllergyIntolerance.hbs) and [Medication.hbs](https://github.com/microsoft/FHIR-Converter/blob/handlebars/src/templates/cda/Resources/Medication.hbs) if further customization is needed?
