Excel template improvements

• add drop downs for method choices
• prevent insert columns/rows
• possibly prevent cutting
• add drop downs for available nodes etc. based on the nodes listed in the node_c sheet. Similar for units and connections. These drop-downs would be in sheets like unit_node_c where the user could then only add things that are in the node and unit sheets with correct spelling ensured.
