Split output_results to sub-categories

Output_results currently activates couple of different outputs:

• flow results for groups of nodes (sum of inflows and outflows)
• VRE share of node groups
• CO2 for process (connection/unit) groups

Each of these should be behind their own output choice - the current situation is not transparent to the user.
