Don't allow user to purge structure items

Not sure whether this is a Toolbox or FlexTool issue.

Under Flextool, it would be very nice if the user had only one selection of purge database, and this would purge all object, relantionship, alternative and scenario items, but leave structural items untouched. I see no use case where the user would need to purge the structure, and therefore it could be prevented. Also, the selection between objects & relationships, and alternatives & scenarios is not very relevant in my opinion.

One option the user might find useful is the selection to leave model and temporal settings untouched and purge everything else.
