Question using on wired lan instead of WiFi

Is their an easy way to modify the sketch to use this on and Arduino Uno with an Ethernet shield.

I am using the script on an esp32 with 3 Paylontech US5000 Battery's, -> works fine, but i want it with Ethernet instead of WLAN (for better stable-faster connection) is it possible to get the code to work with this pcb - Wesp32 from Silicognition LLC ???
