iredmail
Throttle is not applied.
My version: 1.7.4 MARIADB edition / downloadable installer / Ubuntu 24.04.3 LTS / Mariadb /Nginx /iRedAdmin-Pro
In the Throttle settings, when I enable Throttle outbound mail, after making the adjustments and saving the changes, the changes are not displayed and are not being applied. The screen reverts to the default options. Sorry for my English, I'm using a translator.

Could you please show me iRedAPD log lines (/var/log/iredapd/iredapd.log) related to the issue?
When adjusting Throttle, nothing is displayed in (/var/log/iredapd/iredapd.log).

ok, i now understand what you mean is it didn't save the changes. You enabled the "Throttle outbound mails", also set "Period of time", but you didn't set any limit under "Period of time" section.
Yes, I adjusted it. But then I applied it again without any adjustments.
