Install binary packages on FreeBSD.

  • fixes #272

Requirements

  • pkg update
  • pkg upgrade
  • install bash: pkg install -y bash.
  • ~~Switch to Latest packages instead of Quarterly: https://docs.freebsd.org/en/books/handbook/ports/#quarterly-latest-branch~~
    • ~~Packages with flavors are not yet available in Quarterly, so have to use Latest for now.~~

Status

  • iRedMail installation goes well for all 3 backends.
  • Roundcube works fine for all 3 backends.
  • [ ] Dovecot doesn't work for OpenLDAP backend due to no sql driver support.
  • [ ] SOGo is broken due to port devel/sope lack of SQL flavors (mysql, pgsql).
  • Need help to test all installed applications and functions.

Thanks for the remind.

Unfortunately, netdata in quarterly branch is too old (v2.2.6), but our Nginx config snippet relies on newer version. Will stick to latest branch for some more time.

My mistake, netdata installed with latest branch is same version (2.2.6), so i switched to quarterly branch now. Please help test.
