Wishlist: support OTR in the client

OTR provides off-the-record end-to-end chat encryption. This would be nice to have in the irccloud mobile clients because it would allow users to have secure, private conversations.

i have to bump this, privacy is important and this should be a #1 priority

@wilhelmy OMEMO would be a better choice.

@graingert it wasn't in 2014. Personally I think both should be supported but OMEMO autonegotiated first if it's available, and if it isn't OTR — on the other hand I'm not familiar with OMEMO and autonegotiation but I'd be happy to settle with either OTR or OMEMO, both are better than not having them at all. OTR has more widespread support so far, in other IRC clients like irssi and Textual.
