Dropdown and dependency

Hi

I tried to execute this project but I found some issues. I fixed them :

• Added lxml to requirement.txt
• Create the log directory if it doesn't exist
• Skip dropdown when data-url doesn't exist to avoid traceback

I just tested it in etherscan I made this PR to contribute... I send a big hug Kenn
