Modify .zshrc in install

Newer macOS versions use zsh instead of bash as default, which has its own startup file .zshrc. To enable the IRAF settings ($iraf) for this shell, we also need to modify this one; otherwise mysteriously f.e. compilation of the support module in x11iraf fails there (see f.e. #165).
