Show transaction fee for transaction

We might calculate the transaction fee from output - input, and show them among the information of the transaction.

Adding transaction fee rate per vbyte might be good as well, just like electrum or btc.com explorer

This would be an amazing add, just like a function where you can see Total Transaction fee's paid. Output - input = fee.
