Can repro, and sometimes it even doesn't hide anything at all on scratchr2 pages. Did you also experience the issue on normal 3.0 pages?
Is there a way to detect whether the energy-saver mode is active? If so, we could only show a warning on the project when the FPS is being reduced.
We could test it as described in [this article](https://developer.chrome.com/blog/memory-and-energy-saver-mode?hl=en#:~:text=The%20best%20developers,for%20your%20users.), but only check it when the user activates 60FPS or clicks on the green flag.
