初步判定为 可能为由于个别lcore处理循环中出现了卡顿造成ospf邻居闪断，需协助确认

msg 超时确实是 loop 循环中出现了卡顿引起的，可能是一些比较消耗 CPU 的操作引起的，我们会进行相关优化。
