Possible or plan to implement cached_property?

Hi there, thanks for making a light weight python implementation of the traitlets feature.

One of the feature I love in original Triats4 is the Caced_property and depends_on decorator... http://docs.enthought.com/traits/traits_user_manual/advanced.html#caching-a-property-value

Are there plan to implement such in traitlets? thank you!
