I would also propose to reformulate the master.m3u8 question as "Why am I asked to provide an adaptive playlist ?"

Done. I changed the sentence.
Ready for review.
I've added a few lines for Xtream-Codes link recognition, as well as some other general fixes and clarifications.
I believe that this PR is ready for review. The FAQ should be added as soon as possible to reduce duplicate questions from the community.
Added other based link.
Ready for merge.
Well, I personally am not interested in publishing this text in the repository.
I have nothing against creating a FAQ as such, but in my opinion it should contain only the real frequently asked questions from real repo users. For all other questions we have a Q&A section in Discussions.
@LaneSh4d0w As you have given the approval. Do you agree to include the questions that are discussed? Personally it meets the communicational concept for new users and creators. However, as this is a community consensus, I am not sure if it is viable. I appreciate you finding an answer so that this PR does not end in controversy.

Personally, I am for adding this FAQ onto the repository to make sure to not answer the same questions all the time.

I am referring precisely to the phrase "only real FAQs from real repository users". Because the selection of questions is somewhat subjective, being based on user responses (as it says the creator of this repo) or on a list of recommendations (as I am choosing it).

I mean, either we make a whole FAQ predicting the user questions in the same pace, either we take the questions that were asked for us and it'll change over time based on the recurrence of the questions.
@freearhey should this be merged? It can always be updated with another pull request.
@UltraHDR My opinion hasn't changed, I still don't see the point in publishing this. But if others feel otherwise, it can be done without my approval.
@UltraHDR @LaneSh4d0w I have added several sources from the first stage of this repository. Perhaps it can make this page more useful.
Shouldn't the FAQ be mentioned in the Contribution Guide?
Shouldn't the FAQ be mentioned in the Contribution Guide?
I don't see the need to add this FAQ there, because the link is accessed from README.
More references have been added, but for now this page is the most informative to offer. In the future we will discuss how much it helped new contributors and where it can be improved.
Thank you for your several reviews.
