You meant Dailymotion I think. YouTube never had geo-restriction implemented in their website.
As for a way, I don't know... I should try later with a VPN.

They still use the ssh101 thing (use "Opcion 2"), however, I think they cut and move streams to prevent it being locked out. I might manage my way onto how it's done, but it'll need a bit of extra work. (not sure if the referer option will still work to be honest, I hope...)
(for now, you can still use a Colombian proxy and look after the geo-blocked one)

i guess that i suppose they change address on ssh101 so its making harder
It seems to be working now. Add referrer https://ssh101.com/ to it and it should work (can't redirect with additional headers in)
HD2 however appears to be down.
