Remove broken streams

This update removes links marked as broken by the playlist:test script:

npm run playlist:test streams/*.m3u --- --fix

If you find a deleted link that currently works, please mark it and I will return it to the list.

Good thing they're catched, because it'll permit us to minimise the error rate afterwards.
