Remove broken links

This update removes links marked as broken by the playlist:test script:

npm run playlist:test streams/*.m3u --- --fix

There are a lot of channels that works, but maybe they are not 24/7.

@Carlinhos027 You're right, these links were removed only because they weren't marked as "Not 24/7". I have already returned them.
