Database will need to be updated.

We have a "PancTV.ar" that exists, in San Miguel de Tucuman, though this variant doesn't exist in our database.

A suggestion by @ADPNetworkPlus prevents me from going further. I see the change that was asked, but I can neither merge or approve those.

An apparent account visibility issue is present. Maybe by changing the settings on that behalf that'll permit us to move forward.
