Add channels to tvim.tv

Can you add the following channels to tvim.tv? I have not tested on Webgrabber if it pulls the data.

Also, some of the channels are not in the database. For example KSport1 - 5. You can follow this guide and submit a pull request to get those added to the database first. Once added contributors will be able to add the EPG for those.

created the pull request with the changes. I also added the Iceland channels as well from my other EPG request
