[BUG] SR Linux: OSPF multi-area configuration fails

The lab topology https://github.com/ipspace/netlab/blob/dev/tests/integration/ospf/ospfv2/02-areas.yml results in the following configuration error https://netlab-cicd.pages.dev/srlinux/clab/ospf/ospfv2/02-areas.yml-initial.log

The same error happens with OSPFv3. Unfortunately I can't figure out what's wrong :(
