[Request] Set permissions of downloaded files

I would really love to be able to set the permissions of the files once they are downloaded. I use docker on my home server, and I have a different user set up for each container, but they're all a part of the same group. As it stands, seedsync writes the files with 755 as the permissions, and I have to go change the files to 775 by hand. I'd love to have an option on the seedsync configuration page that lets me set that automatically.
