Can't start sdr-bootstrap-prepack

We installed structor 0.2.9 with npm install -g [email protected], extracted archive and launched npm install && structor Structor app launched without errors but in the browser we see such error 'Path must be a string. Received undefined [...]' We know this project has been frozen and compatible with 0.2.9m but it doesn't work with 0.2.9 too. Is there any way to use 'sdr-bootstrap-prepack' at this point ? How it could be fixed ?

Environment : Windows-8.1, Node 6.7.0
